Purchased a memorial Christmas ornament on this site and was very upset as you could not read the wording because it was so blurred. I could never give this to someone who just lost her husband. Disgusting that this company would do this to someone at Christmas!

This person wrote the review because of bad quality of zazzle memorial ornament from Zazzle and attached a photo. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Zazzle to read this review and look into the issue (if any).

The most disappointing in user's experience was quality of the product and too blurred to read print on ornament. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.

Issue a chargeback with your credit company. It won't make Zazzle mend their ways, but it'll at least get you your money back.
