i ordered what i thought was a coffee mug but recieved an express mug now i didnt read the invoice properly to start with and it said ex/mug so i should have checked but theres a satisfaction guarentee so i sent them an email to try and work some thing out and got no reply and on check found the aust web site delivers from the US so tried ringing and phone numbers disconected so sent another email (like they have to get these there done on there site direct to customer service) still no reply weeks after not very good at all
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of zazzle coffee mug. Zazzle needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
