I'm very pleased to report that within 24 hours I had an email letting me know that my order was being overnighted to me. I'm hoping it does in fact arrive tomorrow. Although while late and not in time for us to get the hoodies before our flight leaves, and my husband will have to ship them out to us in CO, I'm just glad that someone responded and our order has a tracking number and is now in the carrier's system.

I ordered three custom hoodies on March 15th. I paid $30 extra for overnight shipping and was given a delivery (NOT shipping) date of 3/20-3/21.

It's after 7pm on the 21st and I have not received my order. There is no active tracking number associated with my order. There's no tracking number period. When I check my order status it says you're still making the hoodies.

WHAT? I emailed through the Customer Service contact form. NO RESPONSE. I have now been on hold for over thirty minutes when I called the customer service number, which leads me to believe that others are experiencing similar issues.

Thirty seven minutes in, a representative answered my call.

She had no information and couldn't explain why the three hoodies were still in production and hadn't shipped. She was going to email production and attempt to get an answer for me.

This is my first experience with Zazzle and depending on the ultimate resolution of this, it might be my last.

Where is my order?!!?

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $160.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Zazzle Pros: Ability to customize what i was looking for.

Zazzle Cons: Poor production turn around time, Turnaround time.
