I ordered invitations 3 weeks ago, the order was still processing a week later, called customer support and they said they're having trouble with cardstock and can't print. I reordered with different paper and express overnight shipping, 2 days later, the order is still processing so I called again and this paper was having issues.

I called them again and they said they might send it out by Monday, it is Thursday now.

They never notified me of any changes and the birthday is in 3 days. I am so frustrated with their lies and Will never use them again for anything.

Monetary Loss: $41.
