I didn't want to put a negative review But after no response from email I am going to I ordered 100 wedding invites They came completely water damaged I can understand that some of this is courier problem but the packaging was not satisfactory for large order at all Payed $300 for all of it Now I have 100 envelopes that are all sealed and can't be used All stickers are water damaged And a hand full of the wedding invites also water damaged

My W-8 BEN form has been delayed

My W-8 BEN form that I submitted on the 3rd of May has been kept being postponed and it still hasn't been approved to this day (Aug the 5th). Each Zazzle representative just says something else, no one gives a clear reason other than they're busy. Does Zazzle not want it's designers to get the royalties they earned and worked for? It's outrageous. I'm saddened, I relied on getting these earnings in a time of great need. I wouldn't recommend anyone to start selling on Zazzle. Very disappointed:(

User's recommendation: They don't or postpone the approval of the required w8ben form. Don't work only to not be able to cash out your earnings.

I received my order of business cards. I ordered high gloss. They are Matt finish. I honestly really hate how they look. I didn't want to write bad review but habe to admit I haye the look. Only high gloss looks nice with the design I chose. I even paid for quicker delivery because i was so excited but I wouldn't use these. they are quite unattractive, ultra borrowing and flat looking. Feel embarrassed to share them. they look pretty tacky and cheep.

Mistake with my design on my business cards

Hi there I received my order of business cards. It's my first time ordering through your company. I ordered high gloss extra thick stock. They are Matt finish. I honestly really hate how they look. I didn't want to write bad review but they look awful. I was really admit I wanted high gloss with the design I choose. I even paid for quicker delivery but I wouldn't use them they are quite unattractive, super borrowing looking and I chose a very bold, vibrant eye catching design. Feel embarrassed to share them. they look pretty tacky and cheep.

Order something wrong on Friday couldn’t cancel until Monday

My husband ordered a clock and totally didn't see he had an option to put a date on it. It is a square clock and I wanted a round clock. I am frustrated about he had gotten everything wrong with it. I wanted to cancel this product and order it myself and get what I want correctly.

Last year I attempted to get a custom hat and at first it appears Zazzle would be able to fulfll my request.

After a back and fourth they admitted they could not fill my request. I thought that ended that. Not so it appears. Did not order anything from them but almost an exact year later, today in fact, my credit card listed a charge from them. I notified my credit card company and disputed the charge.

Refund request for credit on file

On March 2, 2020 I spoke with Patrick about my order and necessity to cancel. Our sister passed and due to covid, we had to cancel the Celebration of Life we planned. It is now two years later. Incomplete order

I received my order incomplete. I received all 30 boxes , but only 10 black ribbons. I am short 20 ribbons and the event is in a few days. Please send me the other 20 ribbons as soon as possible. I need them the latest by Wednesday.

User's recommendation: Satisfied with product, but my order was incomplete. I need ribbons to close the boxes I ordered and 20 ribbons are short. I have no use of boxes if I can’t close them right. So disappointed.

Bad Company Customer Service

This company cannot be trusted. They steal from the artist that have no choice but accept their customer service. Good luck. Quality is good but who care if they steal from the person that gave them their designs. Cannot say for sure if they did this to anybody else, but chances are pretty good that they have.
