I phoned in my order because I was unable to navigate the website. When I received my invitations the picture was not centered on the front and the fold was uneven. I'm unwilling to go to the expense of returning the product because it is too late. I took pictures and requested at refund too no avail. You're supposed to be professionals. I want my money back

Over a year, I have ordered about 50 ceramic tiles from Zazzle for a project. The tiles came packed well in bubble wrap in boxes and were beautiful.

*This July, they started coming in bubble wrap in bubble bags and more than 50% of the tiles have come damaged.

*I have told them about the inadequate packaging and they sent me replacement tiles also in bubble bags and also more than half damaged.

*I repeated the process of complaining and they said extra care will be given, the shipping and handling have been notified etc and I again received damaged tiles.

I asked to speak with a manager but did not hear back.

*Today I got another delivery of a shattered ceramic tile mailed in a bubble bag.

I don't understand why Zazzle has not fixed their problem with shipping and handling. It seems obvious that fragile items need more secure padding.

Every other seller wraps fragile items heavily and mails them in boxes. Zazzle used to do this, but they changed around July on 2023 and I would stop ordering from them but I am now just one tile away from finishing a 40 tile project and I have searched for any other seller that does the same customized tiles so that they will match--but there isn't one.

User's recommendation: Don't purchase anything fragile until their shipping and handling department changes their packaging. Also, always check the items graphic because it may not be exactly as shown. There may be a white line on any of the sides if the graphic does not reach the bleed lines.

Blurry prints, charges 19.99 subscription twice and refuse to refund. Cancelled to orders and after 2 hours on the phone, fake promise to refund. Can't keep up with the business as they overcharge to stay afloatd. Dont waste your time or money

I was unable to use the website so I called. The first number is only for product design. The chat didn't seem to work either. So I called. The invitations arrived uncensored and folded unevenly. I'm embarrassed to send them out in the mail but it's to late to return them. I'm unable to provide photos or a receipt

My mugs arrived, all broken

Customer service was wonderful in response to my disappointment that my 4 mugs arrived broken (I think from poor packing and from carriers not being careful. I was surprised that package didn't have a fragile sticker on it.) The customer service rep was understanding, warm, and apologetic in a sincere way. They offered an immediate replacement with fast delivery. I am delighted with the company and will remain a loyal customer.

I ordered a wine tote and it was monogrammed with a photo on it ( that I uploaded). There is NO, I repeat NO normal wine bottle that will fit in the tote. I jammed the smallest bottle ( not a wine bottle) I could find and now I cant remove it! This is the most stupid tote!! A great idea but someone should have looked at wine bottles b/4 designing it. Now what. Its supposed to be a birthday present!!

Hi there I received my daughters birthday banner, and I received it with the box completely smashed and it was just shoved in the box and there is a huge crease/wrinkle down the middle of the sign. I paid a good amount of money for it and I expect it to be packaged properly so its not rolled and then folded in half causing a massive unnecessary wrinkle
