On 12/03/2017, I placed an order on Zazzle. On 12/11/2017, I received another customer's order instead of my order.

On 12/11/2017, I submitted an online inquiry to Zazzle regarding the issue. On 12/12/2017, I received an e-mail response from Zazzle indicating my order would be re-processed and sent ASAP. On 12/18/2017, I still had not received a shipment notification, so I e-mailed Zazzle to follow-up on the status. I received an e-mail response from Zazzle indicating my order was still being processed.

On 12/19/2017, I called Zazzle and was informed that my order was still being processed. I would just like to receive the items I ordered by the end of this week. That is all. The product description indicates the product is supposed to be ready to ship within 3 business days of ordering.

It has been over 6 business days since Zazzle was notified that they sent me another customer's order and I am still waiting for Zazzle to ship my order. It has been a frustrating experience.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
