I was charged for an order then the order disappeared from my history and customer service never got back to me.The company is worthless and I would use more degrading words to describe their professionalism and ethics, but I don't want to offend anyone.

They charged me and I never received my order and they never contact me back. They are a horrible horrible website. I am going to make sure all of my friends and family know what a shitty site this is because they took my money and never took the time to help me.

The products aren't that great either.I wouldn't use this site id rather sew a pillow on my own then use their services

Reason of review: Charged me for an item I didn't receive.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
