5/10 I placed order for 2 pillows. Website can stating that my order was being processed.

No tracking was provided. I called their c/s number on 5/19. Stated hold time was 32 minutes. I called on 5/22.

Hold time 20 minutes. When I reached an Agent , she said she would need to send an email to the distribution center. She asked for my phone number and stated someone would call me back. Late in the evening on 5/22, I received an email with a tracking number.

5/23, checked UPS where it stated they had not received the order. 5/24- will call Customer Service back.

Will be canceling. Horrible experience.
