Not only did it take almost a MONTH to get my invitations, they SENT US THE WRONG SIZE ENVELOPES which required extra postage!!! Then customer service said they would send the proper envelopes...
then DAYS later, someone else in customer service came back saying THEY DON'T HAVE THOSE ENVELOPES! What?? This company is in the business of selling invitations, how do you not have envelopes that fit your invitations??? And if you didn't have them, SAY THAT on the face of the order!!!
This size is easily available on Amazon!! Unbelievable.
I will never use them again. They did NOTHING to correct this mishap and were the worst customer service team I've ever dealt with in my life.

Unless it was just me, I was unable to locate on the site an order I placed last week, had no notice the order had gone through,nothing! I got an email this am that said the order had shipped

I had to have the invitations reprinted d/t font being too small to read.
User's recommendation: Make sure font is large enough to read. Hard to tell on the computer what you’re actually ordering.

everytime I call to zazzle and I ask to speak to a supervisor they placed me on hold for 30 to 45 minutes and they will lie to you telling you they will placed you on hold to look for a supervisor and they will come back to phone.saying that can not find a supervisor I call that 1-88*-***-**** they will give you the run a round every time you call zazzle.com don't ever deal with this company they will have you so frustrated with them every time you call and they will not let you speak to a supervisor at zazzle.com don't ever deal with them they will just give you a bunch of excuses It is really frustrating I promise you do not order from them take your business elsewhere !
