I didn't want to put a negative review But after no response from email I am going to I ordered 100 wedding invites They came completely water damaged I can understand that some of this is courier problem but the packaging was not satisfactory for large order at all Payed $300 for all of it Now I have 100 envelopes that are all sealed and can't be used All stickers are water damaged And a hand full of the wedding invites also water damaged

I received my order of business cards. I ordered high gloss. They are Matt finish. I honestly really hate how they look. I didn't want to write bad review but habe to admit I haye the look. Only high gloss looks nice with the design I chose. I even paid for quicker delivery because i was so excited but I wouldn't use these. they are quite unattractive, ultra borrowing and flat looking. Feel embarrassed to share them. they look pretty tacky and cheep.

Not only did it take almost a MONTH to get my invitations, they SENT US THE WRONG SIZE ENVELOPES which required extra postage!!! Then customer service said they would send the proper envelopes...

then DAYS later, someone else in customer service came back saying THEY DON'T HAVE THOSE ENVELOPES! What?? This company is in the business of selling invitations, how do you not have envelopes that fit your invitations??? And if you didn't have them, SAY THAT on the face of the order!!!

This size is easily available on Amazon!! Unbelievable.

I will never use them again. They did NOTHING to correct this mishap and were the worst customer service team I've ever dealt with in my life.

Unless it was just me, I was unable to locate on the site an order I placed last week, had no notice the order had gone through,nothing! I got an email this am that said the order had shipped

In the meantime, I ordered the same products three days later, got an instant email about delivery, I did order the first time through Rakuten,?would that have caused the problem? Called and cancelled the most recent order and was a very professional person I spoke with, she took care of the problem.

I had to have the invitations reprinted d/t font being too small to read.

Wondering if Zazzle proofs invitations before they are sent to customer. The font on the invitations were way to small to read. Took longer, almost a week past the date they said I would get the new reprinted invitations. Being on a time crunch to get them in the mail, I was highly frustrated.

Zazzle will not let me speak to a supervisor!

everytime I call to zazzle and I ask to speak to a supervisor they placed me on hold for 30 to 45 minutes and they will lie to you telling you they will placed you on hold to look for a supervisor and they will come back to phone.saying that can not find a supervisor I call that 1-88*-***-**** they will give you the run a round every time you call zazzle.com don't ever deal with this company they will have you so frustrated with them every time you call and they will not let you speak to a supervisor at zazzle.com don't ever deal with them they will just give you a bunch of excuses It is really frustrating I promise you do not order from them take your business elsewhere !

I say this person that comment issues is absolutely right. They do like to lie I think this is what they do best lie.

They are crooked they have changed a lot I do not know why but it seems they like to be working corrupted ways. There shouldn't be PayPal no more PayPal my eye yeah right!!
