I just got through sending them an email expressing my dissatisfaction in a $180 order. The pens were junk.

Paper glued to a cheap pen. A kitchen towel that was sewn haphazardly, it wasn't a rectangle, and the edges were just horrendous. The biggest problem was a custom made white binder with a rose decoration. It arrived absolutely filthy.

Every corner had black smudges on it. My husband and I took pictures as proof, and I get a return email offering me a credit, but I could keep the binder free of charge... I'm sorry, but do you really think that I want more of your junk? I asked for a refund, and of course no response.

I let them know that I would go to every social media site I had access to, and show the world just how they truly handle that "100% customer satisfaction," because it appears that it doesn't exist. What am I going to do with a filthy white binder? I want them to take it back, as their promise states. I am not happy, and want my money back.

THAT is fair! I will do whatever it takes to get them to hold up to their company logo. Have some honor, Zazzle, and do what you claim to promise, and that is 100% satisfaction! You did not deliver.

The items I wanted to return I was told I would have to pay to return too. I had to explain that they sent ME defective merchandise, therefore by their own standards, they needed to send me a label to send the pens, and towel back, which after a few email they did, but as soon as the binder arrived and I sent pictures, I am told they will offer me credit. Sorry, but that is not what I want!! Please take heed, and do not use this company to purchase items.

They do not honor their own company guarantee. I do not want to do business with a company that treats me the way they tried to. They have NO honor, and their creed means nothing!!! It states

*We promise 100% satisfaction.

If you don't absolutely love it, we'll take it back!* Don't be fooled! Stay away from this company...

zazzle *** sucks. first ever order with them and i need to return it- no response from customer service when i follow directions HOW THEY TELL YOU TO.

then i called their help line and it was a 30 minute waiit!!! yeah because i just have 30 minutes during my work day to calll you for something as dumb as a return!!!!!!!!

never buy anything from them ever, they suck, and their *** mantra of "100% customer satisfaction guaranteed" is complete and absolute bull. I hate this *** company and everyone who works there needs a serious reality check of how you should actually treat a customer and of things that should be put in place in order to make returning way more efficient to not cheat customers out of their money.

Ordered from what was made to look like an Australian site and am still waiting on a parcel ordered for Christmas that was never sent!! Have asked for refund and keep getting the same generic response (robot much) I have since demanded a refund and have not heard anything back from the last three emails, tried calling no one ever picks up! Absolute *** company stay clear never ever order through these hoplesss people!

I placed an order on 12/4/16 thinking with only 2 personalized items and the remaining 5 items non-personalized there would be plenty of time ordering ahead so no worries on there being a delay. Not to mention when I placed the order the estimated ship time was 12/8 to 12/13. I did receive 1 item on 12/16, a personalzed poster. I was happy with it. As far as the rest of the order, what a joke!!! I've called three times and get a different story and ship date each time. Then upon looking online at my order tonight Zazzle has now moved the arrival date from 12/23 or 12/24 to 12/28 or 12/29. One of their representatives was supposed to have called me today also to let me know on the ship date. Well, that never happened! They upgraded me to express ship two phone calls ago but that really isn't helping when they aren't competent enough to meet their own deadlines. And all during this time I've continued to get daily emails from them advertising to hurry and place your order for this or that product to get in time for Christmas. Are you kidding me? LOL. No wonder the estimated call wait time is 49 minutes!!! How they got a good Better Business bureau rating is beyond me. My opinion, don't bother to place an order. My first and last time dealing with this company.

Zazzle is a complete rip off, they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but when I ordered a poster it arrived a week late and was completed wrinkled. When i complained to customer service they never got back with me, aka they never responded.

However they send me about two emails every day with offers and discounts that are totally pointless.

They even sent me a request to fill out a review on their website and after doing so they still never replied to my complaint.

I HIGHLY recommended you order from another site. Zazzle sucks and will never stop emailing you junk mail no matter how hard you try to ignore it.

Buyers Beware of orders unfulfilled!

Worst company ever!!! I placed an order on 11/29/16 and received an email with an estimated delivery date of 12/5/16 to 12/8/16, which has come and gone. It took customer service 3 days to respond and they don't know when it will be shipped. Needless to say, it's the 19th and they have left me in a bind during Christmas. They still have no idea when my order would be shipped, but offered to expedite shipping for 2-3,day delivery - they should offer overnight delivery at this point. Canceling my order and will NEVER use them again! This is the most unprofessional and inept company. I don't see how they are still in business.

I am having the exact same experience! I've made 4 calls to customer service and spoke to a "supervisor" last time who was no more help.

I ordered 5 shirts, got 4 and one was a women's medium instead of men's medium! I received the wrong order 11/29/16 and made my first call that night. I still don't have my items. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and I encourage everyone to do the same.

The BBB gives them an A +!!

Worst experience ever! I ordered a shirt on November 20th, apparently it was shipped but just fell off the face of the earth. Would LOVE to receive some communication back from "Zazzle" as this was a gift that I need for TOMORROW. But no, apparently they are too busy ruining people's day to answer a phone or reply to an email. At this point, a shirt made by my dog (who clearly can't sew) would be better than the nonexistent shirt I paid for and never received from Zazzle.

Failed Failed & Failed

Never use this company, took my money failed to to supply the product. when they stated. Christmas order my ***. no one replied now fighting with AMEX. I will hit social media on this failed company and service. complete cowards in not explaining or standing behind there service. closed for 2 weeks. I hope the staff at zazzle and there family member got what they wanted for Christmas, mine did not. Yes i am angry and pissed. I hope this stops anyone person to ever order or take a chance with Zazzle. I am am sure some of you were happy, and some were not. However, we the people with our voice can need to warn the others that this company should be closed and the owners humiliated for there there lack of correct business practice. If feel strongly in this position about Zazzle because i am the proud president of a company of 796 employee's and customer service is my our #1 priority.

Delivery time means nothing

Ordered invitations on November 4th. Confirmed order said product would be delivered on November 9th. Because they didn't get it out on time, it will not be delivered until November 14th, almost a week later!

DO NOT TRUST THE WINDOW THEY PROVIDE FOR DELIVERY!

They will just come back with blah, blah, blah it is the shippers fault! NO, it is not! I would not have even given them my business if I would have known it was going to be so late!

I will probably return the whole order and never use them again!

Didn't get product ordered

ordered TWO Christmas cards, one with Siberian Husky and one with Black Lab two wks ago. Received two ornaments and postage but not cards.

Call company every day and the wait on phone is anywhere from twenty five-forty five minutes. Obviously they don't want to hear complaints. There is no way for a customer to leave a message or a phone number for company rep, to call you back. My grand daughter saw party invitations that she liked but in the end ordered them from another company and it's a good thing she did.

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. BAH HUMBUG.

Bad business model

Zazzle let me know that they could not fulfill my rushed order before Christmas. The item was 22 dollars and I paid 11 for expedited shipping.

I thought it was worth the extra money to get the package on time. They gave me two options. Cancel my order OR they have offered to generously give me 20 % off a future order and keep the money for expedited shipping.

An honest company would have given me my expedited shipping money back and I would have accepted the late order. I am not sure who dreamed up the options of either cancel the order or Zazzle keeps all the money except the 20 % towards future purchases but you need to get fired....

My photo orders were not correct. Everyone I call it is always 23 minute wait time. They never respond to their email and do not allow Facebook comments. I get it is the holidays but if you are a valid company that provides customer service... answer the phone. I had issues many times before and stopped using Zazzle. Things have not changed. Where is my order? No one knows

I ordered two shirts on 12/1/2016. Neither were personalized. Paid for expedited shipping to be sure they arrived in time for Christmas. An email on 12/17 said my order has shipped, but as of today, 12/21, the items have not shipped. Called the customer service number, and a recording stated they are too busy to take phone calls! No responses to my e-mail enquiries. I seriously doubt the shirts will arrive in time, if at all. Life goes on, and there are bigger problems than mine, but I thought this review might help others think twice before using this company. Maybe if you order a product three months in advance, instead of three weeks, you might have better luck.

Waited an hour and a half to speak to customer service

I called the customer service to cancel an order and was told at the beginning of the call that it would be twenty seven minutes. I waited an hour to speak with customer service person, only to be put on hold again. THEN I was told it would take seven to ten business days to refund my money, but of course it only took them about thirty seconds to remove the money from my account. What a joke. I would advice anyone and everyone to steer clear of this company, or do so with caution. I most definitely will not be giving them my money ever again.

If these crooks haven't made good on their promise, you still have time to issue a chargeback with your credit card company. If stuff doesn't get resolved at the ground level, escalate the situation until it can't be ignored.

Zazzle is a *** RIP OFF. I tried to product some products with my own artwork of 1930's GANGSTERS using public domain images, and these *** claim I can't use "celebrity" images.

These were my own pencil portraits of Ma Barker, and her sons, Herman, Lloyd, Arthur "Doc", and Fred Barker - some of the worst bandits in the Midwest from 1920 to 1935.

To complicate matters, now there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE link or any link we can use to close our account.

I have been trying to close my account with these *** for a whole week. I'M SICK OF THEM!
