No honor No 100% customer satisfaction or money returned! Poor quality! Stay away!
I just got through sending them an email expressing my dissatisfaction in a $180 order. The pens were junk.
Paper glued to a cheap pen. A kitchen towel that was sewn haphazardly, it wasn't a rectangle, and the edges were just horrendous. The biggest problem was a custom made white binder with a rose decoration. It arrived absolutely filthy.
Every corner had black smudges on it. My husband and I took pictures as proof, and I get a return email offering me a credit, but I could keep the binder free of charge... I'm sorry, but do you really think that I want more of your junk? I asked for a refund, and of course no response.
I let them know that I would go to every social media site I had access to, and show the world just how they truly handle that "100% customer satisfaction," because it appears that it doesn't exist. What am I going to do with a filthy white binder? I want them to take it back, as their promise states. I am not happy, and want my money back.
THAT is fair! I will do whatever it takes to get them to hold up to their company logo. Have some honor, Zazzle, and do what you claim to promise, and that is 100% satisfaction! You did not deliver.
The items I wanted to return I was told I would have to pay to return too. I had to explain that they sent ME defective merchandise, therefore by their own standards, they needed to send me a label to send the pens, and towel back, which after a few email they did, but as soon as the binder arrived and I sent pictures, I am told they will offer me credit. Sorry, but that is not what I want!! Please take heed, and do not use this company to purchase items.
They do not honor their own company guarantee. I do not want to do business with a company that treats me the way they tried to. They have NO honor, and their creed means nothing!!! It states

If you don't absolutely love it, we'll take it back!* Don't be fooled! Stay away from this company...

zazzle *** sucks. first ever order with them and i need to return it- no response from customer service when i follow directions HOW THEY TELL YOU TO.
then i called their help line and it was a 30 minute waiit!!! yeah because i just have 30 minutes during my work day to calll you for something as dumb as a return!!!!!!!!
never buy anything from them ever, they suck, and their *** mantra of "100% customer satisfaction guaranteed" is complete and absolute bull. I hate this *** company and everyone who works there needs a serious reality check of how you should actually treat a customer and of things that should be put in place in order to make returning way more efficient to not cheat customers out of their money.

Highly Disappointed and Extremely Annoyed
Zazzle is a complete rip off, they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but when I ordered a poster it arrived a week late and was completed wrinkled. When i complained to customer service they never got back with me, aka they never responded.
However they send me about two emails every day with offers and discounts that are totally pointless.
They even sent me a request to fill out a review on their website and after doing so they still never replied to my complaint.
I HIGHLY recommended you order from another site. Zazzle sucks and will never stop emailing you junk mail no matter how hard you try to ignore it.

Delivery time means nothing
Ordered invitations on November 4th. Confirmed order said product would be delivered on November 9th. Because they didn't get it out on time, it will not be delivered until November 14th, almost a week later!
DO NOT TRUST THE WINDOW THEY PROVIDE FOR DELIVERY!
They will just come back with blah, blah, blah it is the shippers fault! NO, it is not! I would not have even given them my business if I would have known it was going to be so late!
I will probably return the whole order and never use them again!

Didn't get product ordered
ordered TWO Christmas cards, one with Siberian Husky and one with Black Lab two wks ago. Received two ornaments and postage but not cards.
Call company every day and the wait on phone is anywhere from twenty five-forty five minutes. Obviously they don't want to hear complaints. There is no way for a customer to leave a message or a phone number for company rep, to call you back. My grand daughter saw party invitations that she liked but in the end ordered them from another company and it's a good thing she did.
WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. BAH HUMBUG.

Bad business model
Zazzle let me know that they could not fulfill my rushed order before Christmas. The item was 22 dollars and I paid 11 for expedited shipping.
I thought it was worth the extra money to get the package on time. They gave me two options. Cancel my order OR they have offered to generously give me 20 % off a future order and keep the money for expedited shipping.
An honest company would have given me my expedited shipping money back and I would have accepted the late order. I am not sure who dreamed up the options of either cancel the order or Zazzle keeps all the money except the 20 % towards future purchases but you need to get fired....
Preferred solution: Give me my merchandise and the shipping cost

Zazzle is a *** RIP OFF. I tried to product some products with my own artwork of 1930's GANGSTERS using public domain images, and these *** claim I can't use "celebrity" images.
These were my own pencil portraits of Ma Barker, and her sons, Herman, Lloyd, Arthur "Doc", and Fred Barker - some of the worst bandits in the Midwest from 1920 to 1935.
To complicate matters, now there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE link or any link we can use to close our account.
I have been trying to close my account with these *** for a whole week. I'M SICK OF THEM!
