I cancelled my zazzle membership prior to the renewal date and zazzle acknowledged receiving it prior to the renewal date, then charged me anyway. Fidiots. My bank will get this corrected.

I ordered a tee shirt with an airplane on it for my pilot husband. What arrived was a tee shirt that says "I "heart" spotted $#*!" with a drawing of a spotted $#*!.
Not exactly the ideal Christmas gift. Since they hide their customer service phone number, I sent and email and received an auto response saying I would hear from them within 48-72 hours. Nothing. I finally found the phone number but ended up having to leave a message.
After several emails and calls all I have been told that I can keep, donate or discard the shirt I was sent - no mention of the shirt I ordered and paid for. Then to top it off, I had signed up for Zazzle Black. I will never do business with them again, so I canceled. They told me that I canceled one day too late.
My assessment is that Kieran Customer Support Hero is a zero just like this company.

Zazzle - Delivery Service Review
Stole money from my account unauthorized
Not only have I not had this account for over a year, I cancelled my subscription and they provided me with a cancellation confirmation yet, they took $9.95 subscription fee from my account today, January 13th without my authorization. I'm not sure what type of operation they are running, but, I will never, ever, do business with such a company again.
The only thing that I can say good about them is that my custom phone cases are still holding up and haven't fell apart.
Unfortunately, that's not the case for the clocks I ordered for my job, they've either fell apart or stopped working all together. The worst.

3 weeks later, order not even processed
I ordered 2 shirts on Dec. 3, and according to the order status on their website, they have not even been made yet.
Yet it says Estimated Delivery: Fri, Dec 9 to Tue, Dec 13. Today is Dec. 23. I emailed customer support a few days ago and no response.
They even make sending a message to them a hassle. Then all their communication is filled with *** like 'making your product love'. They have a good website and a lot of fluff in their marketing, but it ends there. Can't produce their products.
A total failure of a company.
First time ordering from then, will not use again. Will stick with cafe press.

Awful experience at zazzle
Wrong order came to my house. Called the same day the order came in and emailed.
Received a generic email reply, saying they will send it to production to be sent out again. I then called the next day. Spoke w customer service, which again I was told it was in production to be sent out. I wanted to be transferred to a supervisor.
She said she would expedite the order and "Hopfeully" get the order out that night or by latest the next morning. Onto the next day. My order is STILL in production and was told they dont have a date on when it will be sent out. I wanted to be transferred to yet another supervisor.
After being on hold for over 40 min, I got disconnected. Now on day 4 and still no order or a status update. I email every day and no response.
Worst experience and I do online shopping a lot. I will never use this site again and I will make sure to let people know how awful of an experience it was and still is!!

I am outraged by this company this holiday season. I have ordered from this company numerous times and this time was unbelievably awful.
I ordered some very special gifts that I needed by the 12/22 and paid $45 extra. They sent only 2 items 4 days late and canceled the rest why I don't know. I waited 45 minutes to not get helped, they only offered me a refund in 21 days of my shipping costs and are closed through 1/5/17. The items I ordered are contracted so I cannot get these items from anywhere else.
This is such bad business practice it makes me ill that companies can get away with this. Shame on you Zazzle
