If Zazzle put a tenth the effort they expend replying to people here towards actually providing decent service up front, they wouldn't have people trashing them here in the first place.

You can take the reps advice and call customer service if you like. In my experience it's been a protracted exercise in futility. Just remember: when all else fails, you can issue a chargeback with your credit card provider.

I've ordered from Zazzle before but I will NEVER order from them again. I placed an order at the beginning of December with a delivery date of 12/11-12/12. My tracking information never worked but I wasn't alarmed at the time since it takes a while for it to be updated. Once my package did not arrive I reached out to customer service via email who after 72 hours of waiting told me the delivery date was an estimate and I should wait until 12/17 to see if I get them. After that they promptly told me my package was in North Carolina and suddenly their tracking information on the website said the same thing. It wasn't until after I emailed again disputing my order they said it was in Philadelphia (which usually takes an additional 1-2 days to get to my house). I demanded a refund for my product but "Tram" would only refund my shipping charge to my account for future use. After the product never showed up I tried to call their customer service line and my estimated wait was 95 minutes. Furious, I emailed "Tram" back demanding a full refund. He responded and said they would refund my purchase back to my card on file but it will take 7-21 business days for the transaction to be completed. First and foremost 21 days for a refund is unacceptable but I wasn't going to get anywhere with these idiots. Suddenly my order (that was apparently in mid shipment) says it was returned back to the sender and arrived on 12/16 which is WELL before SECOND promised date by customer service which only leads me to believe they lied the entire time and never actually processed my order.

I've contacted your awful customer service department several times now via email. I've also tried calling and was put in a 95 minute hold which is completely unacceptable.

Which is exactly why issuing a chargeback with your credit provider is the only reliable way to get problems resolved with zazzle. I wish it wasn't so, but experience is the best teacher, and sitting through a feature film-length hold session can only teach that Zazzle is so poor at their job that a huge portion of customers need remediation after placing their orders. Blaming the customers for this fact only adds insult to injury!

Zazzle - Bridal Shower Invitations Review

I placed an order for bridal shower invitations on 2/14. Shipped on 2/16. Estimated delivery date was 2/20-2/21. Being that monday was a holiday I thought I would give them an extra day or 2. Well, now it is almost 2/27 and still no invitations. Why give a delivery date if its NOT THE RIGHT ONE. Now my shower is 4 weeks away and I have no invitations to send. I decided to order from this site because they were supposed to be delivered with plenty of time for me to send them out. $50 down the drain- if they dont show up this week I have no other choice but to go buy some back up invitations. Then what do I do with the personalized invitations when they get to me? What a waste. I will never order from zazzle again.

What do you do with the invitations when they arrive? If you're there, refuse delivery.

If not, try doing a "return to sender".

As for getting your money back, you have two options: if you like abuse, try calling their customer service number and prepare to be hung up on after an hour of waiting. If you want *** done quickly and correctly, issue a chargeback with your credit card provider.

I ordered a tee shirt with an airplane on it for my pilot husband. What arrived was a tee shirt that says "I "heart" spotted $#*!" with a drawing of a spotted $#*!.

Not exactly the ideal Christmas gift. Since they hide their customer service phone number, I sent and email and received an auto response saying I would hear from them within 48-72 hours. Nothing. I finally found the phone number but ended up having to leave a message.

After several emails and calls all I have been told that I can keep, donate or discard the shirt I was sent - no mention of the shirt I ordered and paid for. Then to top it off, I had signed up for Zazzle Black. I will never do business with them again, so I canceled. They told me that I canceled one day too late.

My assessment is that Kieran Customer Support Hero is a zero just like this company.

Terrible company. Terrible customer service.

Zazzle - Expedited Delivery Service Review

The absolute worst online experience. My fiance and i purchased personalized stamps to mail out our wedding invitations. We paid expidited shipping to reciece by April 5th. Weeks later...the 13th and we still javnt recieved. Everyday we call "They should be there by tomorrow". The worst....will mever puchase from them again.

If they're only going to pretend to serve you, repay them in kind by "pretending" to pay them. Issue a chargeback with your credit card provider! Don't let them get money for nothing.

I contacted them five times before Christmas (including two phone calls when I waited over an hour on hold each time) and two times since Christmas. I have yet to receive the order. Ordered two t-shirt products on 12/19/16. Received the first of two on 12/24 so feeling good. Second order never showed, even though placed the same day for a print on a white shirt. It's now 1/4/17, and I've had "Express shipping" added to my order that was to arrive on 1/3/17. No show. Called today. Not even processed yet, but a promise to refund shipping to a gift card? Wrong again. Where is my product? I don't want a refund, I want the product. I could care less about a full refund, how about fulfillment? With a refund, I start the gifting process all over again. Thanks for the disappointment - left me hanging after explaining and showing the graphic of what was ordered to the recipient. Bad form, bad service, *** policy. Just deliver what you offer, and do it timely!

Yeah, paying for express shipping was your second mistake. Expecting anything useful from Zazzle was your first.

In the future, if you want to post words here like "s t u p i d", either space them out or replace an "i" with a "1".

Stole money from my account unauthorized

Not only have I not had this account for over a year, I cancelled my subscription and they provided me with a cancellation confirmation yet, they took $9.95 subscription fee from my account today, January 13th without my authorization. I'm not sure what type of operation they are running, but, I will never, ever, do business with such a company again.

The only thing that I can say good about them is that my custom phone cases are still holding up and haven't fell apart.

Unfortunately, that's not the case for the clocks I ordered for my job, they've either fell apart or stopped working all together. The worst.

I ordered 2 shirts on Dec. 3, and according to the order status on their website, they have not even been made yet.

Yet it says Estimated Delivery: Fri, Dec 9 to Tue, Dec 13. Today is Dec. 23. I emailed customer support a few days ago and no response.

They even make sending a message to them a hassle. Then all their communication is filled with *** like 'making your product love'. They have a good website and a lot of fluff in their marketing, but it ends there. Can't produce their products.

A total failure of a company.

First time ordering from then, will not use again. Will stick with cafe press.

Maybe you shouldn't be spending time searching the web for bad (and completely truthful) comments about you. Maybe you could spend less time on designing your website, there are no problems there. Maybe you shouldn't making offers of great percentage off until you can fulfill the orders you already have. Why gain more customers when you only plan to lose the ones you already have?

Obviously I'm not the only order that is over three weeks old and the product still hasn't been produced, much less shipped, or you could find my order and deal with it.

Obviously this IS how you do business, and it is horrible customer service. And I couldn't care less what you "LOVE". Your company misuses that word more than any other.

My "order is in great hands and is being made with love just for you." Love, right. Your company obviously couldn't care less about its customers.

Awful experience at zazzle

Wrong order came to my house. Called the same day the order came in and emailed.

Received a generic email reply, saying they will send it to production to be sent out again. I then called the next day. Spoke w customer service, which again I was told it was in production to be sent out. I wanted to be transferred to a supervisor.

She said she would expedite the order and "Hopfeully" get the order out that night or by latest the next morning. Onto the next day. My order is STILL in production and was told they dont have a date on when it will be sent out. I wanted to be transferred to yet another supervisor.

After being on hold for over 40 min, I got disconnected. Now on day 4 and still no order or a status update. I email every day and no response.

Worst experience and I do online shopping a lot. I will never use this site again and I will make sure to let people know how awful of an experience it was and still is!!

I have been trying for 2 days now to get in touch with a rep at zazzle in regards to an order that was placed on January 17, 2017 that i haven't received and am needing to speak with some one asap. Through my account it says that the order has been canceled i didn't receive any emails about a cancellation.

I did not request a cancellation and am o a tight dead line for the invitations. I need to be contacted or the hot line (188*-***-****)needs repair its been hanging up on me and informing me that i am not call during business hours, which is not true i started calling at 9am this morning.

Sorry to tell you this, but Zazzle's primary M/O is refusing people's orders because they don't agree with or approve of what you want printed. They won't change, nor will they stand by their promise of 100% customer satisfaction.

The sad fact is that the only reliable recourse available to you is to issue a chargeback with your credit card company. Maybe if he hit these *** in their wallets long enough, they'll wise up and start flying straight.

I ordered 5 shirts, received 4 and one was a women's instead of men's in a different brand. I have called four times over the past 3 weeks and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS. Customer service gives the same BS scripted responses but do absolutely nothing! I even spoke to a supervisor the last time thinking it would help but it didn't. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, who gives them an A+, and I strongly encourage everyone having these experiences to do the same. What makes this worse is these were gifts my 4 year old daughter thought of and designed for her grandparents for Xmas! Zazzle and all the incompetent customer service reps who "fake it" disgust me.

Because the last 4 calls to customer service were soooo helpful. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with customer service with absolutely NO RESULTS.

I have filed complaints with BBB, the state of California...and I will be continuing to pursue this until things are resolved.

I wish more people knew about issuing a chargeback with their credit card company. Zazzle actually dropped to an A- with the BBB, probably because of so many chargebacks from so many frustrated, disillusioned and disenfranchised customers, but it's obviously not enough to get zazzle to improve how they operate their business.

I am outraged by this company this holiday season. I have ordered from this company numerous times and this time was unbelievably awful.

I ordered some very special gifts that I needed by the 12/22 and paid $45 extra. They sent only 2 items 4 days late and canceled the rest why I don't know. I waited 45 minutes to not get helped, they only offered me a refund in 21 days of my shipping costs and are closed through 1/5/17. The items I ordered are contracted so I cannot get these items from anywhere else.

This is such bad business practice it makes me ill that companies can get away with this. Shame on you Zazzle

Most if not all of peoples problems with zazzle can be fixed right quick by issuing a chargeback with their credit card provider. Zazzle is guilty of both false-advertising as well as fraud for promising 100% satisfaction, and then failing to deliver on their money back guarantee. And that's just the tip of the iceberg dealing with these louts...

I placed an order for 4 large tote bags on Dec. 6, 2016. Was told expected arrival date of Dec. 13th or 14th. Product never arrived as stated, so I emailed them, got a canned apologetic response offering 'expedited' shipping and saying product would arrive Dec. 18. It is now Dec. 23rd and, surprise surprise, NO PRODUCT. I don't believe my order has ever been processed from the get go. This has by far been the WORST PRINT ON DEMAND ORDER PROCESS THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!! If they don't have the raw materials to fulfill the order then they should just say so and NOT give me a bunch of Bull *** as if my order is actually being processed or made! Don't know what their problem is, but they're NOT going to win any customer service awards here. Too bad because I have ordered calendars from them in the past and turn around time was swift and they were printed wonderfully...but that was 2 years ago. They now seem to have some SERIOUS FULFILLMENT and customer service issues that need to be addressed!
