I do not recommend this site and would warn people not to use it. My credit card information was stolen by one of their employees and used to make fraudulent online purchases. This is not a reputable website.

Absolutly shocking !!

ordered 3 t-shirts on 23rd November. on the 8th of December we are still waiting on delivery of said T-shirts !! The tracking systems is rubbish and does not keep you up to date at all with where your parcel is. Our most up to date advice is now 8 days old and tells you nothing. We emailed zazzle two days ago and have heard nothing ! At the end of the day zazzle were very quick to take payment for our order. And as of yet we still have nothing to show for our payment. Watch this space for result or I really get annoyed

False Delivery Estimate

My order was supposed to arrive by Dec 15 at the latest. I have not received my order and I needed by the 15th to give it as a gift. I called yesterday and they assured me it would arrive by the 15th. I am very frustrated and very disappointed.

Have not received my order! Terrible customer service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAZZLE!!! I placed an order for baby shower invitations on November 6th 2017. I still have not received my invitations and it is November 28th. The baby shower is December 1st. I emailed several times expressing my concern that the invitations did not show shipped on the tracking information. I was told everything was find. Still no invitations. I called the customer service number. The agent was not apologetic at all. Customer service was non-existent. I had to ask for a full refund. Was not offered one, which should have happened because of the service failure. I don't want something for free, I just want what I ordered. I understand things go wrong. I urge all never to order from Zazzle. There are other companies out there with a good product, deliver what they promise, and have outstanding customer service.

I ordered this clock and it was nothing like the ad. The stones look raised, but the actual clock look like a painted on round board clock.

Paid way too much not to have a stone on it. Very disappointed

Item came damaged and size was wrong

Was charged quite a bit for shipping and handling and the item came all wadded up in a plastic envelope which caused the picture on the throw to be all distorted plus throw was suppose to measure 30x40 and it measured 30x38 and was very uneven. I have contacted customer service several times and all they do is send me the same reply saying that I can not change my original order and that I need to modify it and pay extra for the modification and they will credit my account for the original amount but I have too pay for the modification which does not take care of the problem because I do not want to modify the item I just wanted too get a non damaged one. do not order from Zazzle if you want quality products and good customer service. DO NOT USE THIS SITE , HORRIBLE

I was charged for an order then the order disappeared from my history and customer service never got back to me. The company is worthless and I would use more degrading words to describe their professionalism and ethics, but I don't want to offend anyone.

They charged me and I never received my order and they never contact me back. They are a horrible horrible website. I am going to make sure all of my friends and family know what a *** site this is because they took my money and never took the time to help me.

The products aren't that great either. I wouldn't use this site id rather sew a pillow on my own then use their services

Ordered a top and still not arrived after 4 weeks!!!!!

I ordered a top on 30/11/17. Today is 20/12/17 and it is still not arrived.

The order was never revealed dispatching from Nevada until I paid. If I knew, I won't even bother. Looked up on the internet, realised a lot of customers suffer the same thing from Zazzle, they are well known for not delivering orders. The customer support keeps changing the 'SHOULD BE' delivery date to later and later.

Just a bunch of liars and crooks. Total incompetence. How hard to deliver a long sleeve top!!??

Even companies before the birth of internet can do better than that. This company should be banned from doing business.

Zazzle - Shipping Service Review

Oh boy! I am having the same problem. I ordered from them about 4 weeks ago and the same thing is happening to me. I got the invitations as promised but the matching envelopes have not arrived yet. I contacted customer service and they assured me that they would send them, overnight, at no charge as soon as they had them. What's crazy is that all of the envelopes on their website are now marked as "sold out". I'm guessing that they are having a supplier problem. Not a good look for them. It'll be the last time I use them. Shutterfly is the way to go

Still no delivery or accurate tracking

Ordered my wedding invitations and have tried to follow up where my parcel is as tracking number provides no information. Have contacted zazzle and still no word about where my delivery is.

I'm freaking out as reading all the negative reviews people have about zazzle I am nervous I will not receive my wedding invitations. Please help! I would love confirmation and accurate location of where my parcel is and when it will arrive. Also I'm from Australia and the website falsely makes you believe you are purchasing from Australia as it says delivery will be within 6-11 days.

I need to know if it's coming or not , cause if not I'll demand a refund and need to get my invitations asap!! Please help!

My account was charged even though it wasn't supposed to be Zazzle has given me nothing but a run around claiming it's all the banks fault the bank looked at the print out and told me that you are lying that you're holding my money in escrow for 10 days I have been told several times after spending hours on the phone that a supervisor or management would call me and nothing ever happens and nothing is ever rectified both my card orders were cancelled and my account has been charged twice and I have not been given back my money plus this has cost us business at the Christmas season because my father is a professional Santa Claus and he needed his cards this all started because of an error from one of your late-night employees through an email named Alex who even tried to bold face lie to me ! several times and I called him and told him I knew better and then he hid behind his phone I need my money released and I believe that I'm entitled to my 500 business cards with the correction sent to me overnight to make up for the Lost Time I am tired of staying on the phone with your company and getting absolutely nothing and having your management hide behind the phone I want my money back both the $59 transaction that your representative Alex had to me originally cancel and the $108 that was charged to my account plus my cancelled cards 500 count with the corrected error from the second order with expedient one day air mail so I actually get them on time that's only right we are very well connected to the professional Santa community photography community which is part of your target clientele and we will let them know how terrible a business that you carry out I'm sick of being nice when all I've been given is a bunch of crap!

I received a gift from someone was a night light made of plastic. I tried to return and have it credited to my friends account and they would not speak to me said she would have to call and return. This company is a scam says they take returns , but they don't. What difference does it make whether I return it or she does. The guy on the phone was very rude as well. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes. I looked through there website who buys this crap. The quality is pure junk. I appreciate that she sent me a gift just not from this company. Probably all made in China
