Scam: Unauthorized charges for Zazzle Black
What is Zazzle Black? I have no idea, but Zazzle has charged me for it without my knowledge and refuses to give me a refund, stating in not so many words that it's my problem, not theirs.
I was unknowingly charged $9.95 from Zazzle.
When I inquired about it, they stated that I signed up for some type of Black Membership. I never signed up for a membership. Zazzle never communicated to me, nor sent any email stating that I was a member of some type of club. They are now refusing to credit me back for something I never willing asked for nor signed up for.
I feel Zazzle is misleading and taking advantage of me by secretly charging me for a service I never wanted.
It's also incredible bad customer service to not even want to work with the customer for resolution. They offered me a credit for merchandise, but why would I want to do business with a company that takes advantages of their customers and charges them without notification or approval?

Lies and Shipping
I ordered items for my niece's birthday from Zazzle on Dec. 2.
They separated it into 2 orders and increased the shipping charge. Not happy, but could be worse. One of the items did not come. The Zazzle site said it was shipped on Dec 3, but there was nothing on the tracking site about any movement after the label was created.
After 5 days of no tracking updates, I contacted them and they said it was "lost in transit", but they would re-order immediately and express ship it. I did not get a new order number or tracking number, so I emailed them and they confirmed it was shipped. When it did not arrive, I contacted them again and asked for the tracking number. I received an email back that it was "lost in transit." Same order lost twice?
With two different carriers (USPS and UPS)? I asked for the tracking number and they gave one to me. Zazzle told me the item was shipped on 12/12 at 11:30 a.m. But the UPS site said a label was created at 4:45 pm and had no record of it being shipped.
Both orders appear to have never even be shipped. I asked Zazzle if there was any way for my order from Dec 2 to be shipped and arrive by Dec 24 and they said No. I am beyond angry with them, my niece is not getting her gift, Zazzle is simply not reliable.
As a consumer, all I can do is post this in as many spots as possible so as many people can see it as possible. Hope people read it and no one else has to deal with the same issue.

Credit card information stolen.
Disappointed. Frustrated. Annoyed. They printed jagged edges.
SO disappointed with this company.
Ordered a banner. Artwork was submitted per their guideline. It printed with HUGE jagged edges. They accused me of submitting the wrong file type. I tried to resolve this issue. Have a complaint with the BBB. I was barraged with emails from many different customer service representatives. The would not print it correct and my friend missed his deadline. I even sent them another file in the way they told me to via email. They claimed they never got it. Issue is still not resolved. See images attached.
I submitted a review for the banner two times. It never showed up on the banner page. And it's nowhere to be found on my account. I'm still awaiting a reply for a resolution.
I ordered greeting cards. Folded. They came in the mail as postcards. And they were printed upside down and backwards. They refused to reprint saying it was my fault.
I reordered the greeting cards again. They printed the image on the back smaller than was shown on screen when I submitted the file. Once again they declined to reprint and make good with it.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated at the communication that they have sent to me. I requested they call me - but they sent back an email telling me I have to call them. Which I did and was on hold for over thirty minutes. I had to hang up - I had to get to work.
I'm sure they won't respond to this as well. AND if they do they'll say that they resolved the issues.
So shame this company.

Worst Customer Service!
Shipping so bad!!
Ordered several things in early December, signed up for Zazzle Black so they would arrive in time. Now 3 orders are noted on the website as "expected to arrive" 3 days ago, no word on where they are.
Called Zazzle today, they told me "I am sorry the shipping has been delayed on 2, and there is no info on where the 3rd package even is!
three out of three?? That is more than just bad luck.

Hi. I am so frustrated I to pay 999 for the Zazzle black free shipping membership.
Of course I have the receipt to show that I paid and was built, but when I wanted to buy something else the other day, my account has no record that I purchased it nor is there any place at checkout to show that you’re a member. So no member number and no way to indicate you should not be paying for free shipping. Needless to say I did not purchase the item and I wanted to get it in time for the holiday next week .
It would be great if someone would explain to me how I am to benefit from this membership if there’s no membership number know where to indicates that you are one when checking out! I am very frustrated and disappointed.
