Twice they sent out additional orders when the initial orders were lost. On a third situation, they credited my account in full because I didn't like how my order turned out-- and the customization was my fault entirely! Scam: Unauthorized charges for Zazzle Black

What is Zazzle Black? I have no idea, but Zazzle has charged me for it without my knowledge and refuses to give me a refund, stating in not so many words that it's my problem, not theirs.

I was unknowingly charged $9.95 from Zazzle.

When I inquired about it, they stated that I signed up for some type of Black Membership. I never signed up for a membership. Zazzle never communicated to me, nor sent any email stating that I was a member of some type of club. They are now refusing to credit me back for something I never willing asked for nor signed up for.

I feel Zazzle is misleading and taking advantage of me by secretly charging me for a service I never wanted.

It's also incredible bad customer service to not even want to work with the customer for resolution. They offered me a credit for merchandise, but why would I want to do business with a company that takes advantages of their customers and charges them without notification or approval?

Thank You, but I never received a private message. Zazzle finally refunded my money after I contacted BBB and my bank to dispute the charge.

Zazzle's response...."We will do it this one time". Not once did Zazzle apologize for the unauthorized charge.

They are so obsessed with being "right" that the customer does not matter. I will never purchase from Zazzle again nor will I ever recommend Zazzle to anyone.

Lies and Shipping

I ordered items for my niece's birthday from Zazzle on Dec. 2.

They separated it into 2 orders and increased the shipping charge. Not happy, but could be worse. One of the items did not come. The Zazzle site said it was shipped on Dec 3, but there was nothing on the tracking site about any movement after the label was created.

After 5 days of no tracking updates, I contacted them and they said it was "lost in transit", but they would re-order immediately and express ship it. I did not get a new order number or tracking number, so I emailed them and they confirmed it was shipped. When it did not arrive, I contacted them again and asked for the tracking number. I received an email back that it was "lost in transit." Same order lost twice?

With two different carriers (USPS and UPS)? I asked for the tracking number and they gave one to me. Zazzle told me the item was shipped on 12/12 at 11:30 a.m. But the UPS site said a label was created at 4:45 pm and had no record of it being shipped.

Both orders appear to have never even be shipped. I asked Zazzle if there was any way for my order from Dec 2 to be shipped and arrive by Dec 24 and they said No. I am beyond angry with them, my niece is not getting her gift, Zazzle is simply not reliable.

As a consumer, all I can do is post this in as many spots as possible so as many people can see it as possible. Hope people read it and no one else has to deal with the same issue.

I purchased something from dazzle and now less than 24 hours later my credit card information was compromised. This has never happened to me before but I typically shops from trusted sources. I was unsure when placing my order and apparently should have listened to my gut.

Disappointed. Frustrated. Annoyed. They printed jagged edges.

SO disappointed with this company.

Ordered a banner. Artwork was submitted per their guideline. It printed with HUGE jagged edges. They accused me of submitting the wrong file type. I tried to resolve this issue. Have a complaint with the BBB. I was barraged with emails from many different customer service representatives. The would not print it correct and my friend missed his deadline. I even sent them another file in the way they told me to via email. They claimed they never got it. Issue is still not resolved. See images attached.

I submitted a review for the banner two times. It never showed up on the banner page. And it's nowhere to be found on my account. I'm still awaiting a reply for a resolution.

I ordered greeting cards. Folded. They came in the mail as postcards. And they were printed upside down and backwards. They refused to reprint saying it was my fault.

I reordered the greeting cards again. They printed the image on the back smaller than was shown on screen when I submitted the file. Once again they declined to reprint and make good with it.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated at the communication that they have sent to me. I requested they call me - but they sent back an email telling me I have to call them. Which I did and was on hold for over thirty minutes. I had to hang up - I had to get to work.

I'm sure they won't respond to this as well. AND if they do they'll say that they resolved the issues.

So shame this company.

I ordered a spiral notebook with a custom image on the cover for a birthday. The estimated delivery was January 28. When I didn’t receive it I emailed customer service stating their graphic appeared to show it had already been delivered. I’m fine with misreading the graphic or being told it was going to take 4-7 business days (as stated on the website) but I’m not fine with being talked down to by “Vladimir” in customer service. Where’s the training Zazzle?? An apology goes along way...but it’s so much more important for your reps to be write, right?!

Shipping so bad!!

Ordered several things in early December, signed up for Zazzle Black so they would arrive in time. Now 3 orders are noted on the website as "expected to arrive" 3 days ago, no word on where they are.

Called Zazzle today, they told me "I am sorry the shipping has been delayed on 2, and there is no info on where the 3rd package even is!

three out of three?? That is more than just bad luck.

Zazzle Black free membership -other then paying for it no record

Hi. I am so frustrated I to pay 999 for the Zazzle black free shipping membership.

Of course I have the receipt to show that I paid and was built, but when I wanted to buy something else the other day, my account has no record that I purchased it nor is there any place at checkout to show that you’re a member. So no member number and no way to indicate you should not be paying for free shipping. Needless to say I did not purchase the item and I wanted to get it in time for the holiday next week .

It would be great if someone would explain to me how I am to benefit from this membership if there’s no membership number know where to indicates that you are one when checking out! I am very frustrated and disappointed.

They offered a one month free membership that would give me free shipping on that one order I placed. I did not want to continue after that month but they charged my account anyway. I contacted them almost two weeks ago. They did not reply. They are a very shady company, hard to find how to contact them. They use scamming tactics, bait and switch and lack of transparency. I can't even find the membership fee paid on their account. Their website is clearly design to interfere with customer complaints and disputes. Clear unethical business practices. Unfortunately these companies are around. Hopefully that one won't be for long. I did file a dispute with Paypal. OK, I think I reached the 100 words required for this review. Oops not yet, Maybe now, yes.

Notice all the responses are cut and paste. Same with all the answers I received over the course of my nightmare order with them.

They do not care. Their quality and service is not what it once was. They have no one in their whole company who can print a poster, a large format print, from a simple jpeg file. Not one person...AND THATS WHAT THEY DO!

They lied to me about every single thing. I am now one month behind because of their fail. Printing in Reno. Customer service in Ireland.

The owners are nowhere to be found and no one responsible.

Nightmare. DO NOT ORDER from Zazzle!

My husband received a box of somebody else’s business cards. Wasn’t the order checked and matched to the invoice? He planned his meetings for after the arrival of his business cards. Ever go to an important meeting without your business cards? You look like an *** Zazzle will expedite another box of business cards. So? That’s it? Seriously? Not good enough. I don’t need to hear from them. Its too late. I will never use them again.

Zazzle black, the zazzle scam. One year later the zazzle black service auto renewed and I tried to cancel within 1 day. They are not willing to cancel the transaction and have terrible customer service. I reached out to them as soon as I noticed and made sure to cancel the auto renew going forward. I can not believe that they will not cancel the transaction. They know that no one wants their service for two years so they attempt to lock you in. Avoid the service if at all possible. The small savings that you may get will never be worth the hassle that you will continue to have if you subscribe to the service.
