I was really excited to find a store with a clean interface, customized storefronts and such a wide array of products. I spent half a day setting up a shop for my designs, created an an instagram for it, and then realized a week later that non one could buy them because all of my products had completely disappeared from my store. I'm a returning customer: 1st: I tried to personalized a baby shower banner (16 flags) - unsuccessful (baby shower: 9-17-16). 2nd: I called/Sent an email to the designer - took 2 days to get a response. Zazzle is a complete rip off, they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but when I ordered a poster it arrived a week late and was completed wrinkled. I purchased 23 t-shirts for family reunion and had the shirts directly shipped to the hotel. I paid extra (a LOT OF MONEY) because my son told me to use Zazzle and he put the order through for me. I could have hand-painted the t-shirts in less time. The order has now been delayed. SIX DAYS later, no shipping--and I have been waiting 25 minutes on customer support--like we're in the 90s. It's a horrible experience with zazzle. I ordered on Aug12, it was shipped on Aug 16th, that item was ordered for a friend's birthday. Which was yesterday! I tried to reach the customer service a few times already. It was difficult to reach them on phone because of long waiting line. Emailed them only got a formal reply without any info how to track the package! This company sucks! Read more

First time zazzle and never again. I had ordered bathmats a week and a half ago from zazzle and the estimated delivery date was 8/17-8/19. I checked my order status on the 18th thinking they should have been in by now.. instead it said they were in the process of making them!! It was brought to my attention after speaking with Zazzle customer service rep (after having to dig to find their 1800 number) that they canceled my whole order without proper discussion. This order took me a significant amount of time to build and yet they were so quick to delete the whole thing without a call or conversation.
