Zazzle - NO QUALITY CONTROL AND PRODUCTS ARE EXPENSIVE AND TRASHY
I HAVE RECEIVED PRODUCTS THAT ZAZZLE MAKES A PARTNERSHIP WITH FOR THE BLANK TEMPLATE, ALREADY AT RETAIL PRICE WHEN PRESENTED WITHOUT A DESIGN, THEN YOU FIND OUT THE ITEM IS SO BADLY DESIGNED THAT ITS BARELY FUNCTIONAL. ZAZZLE HAS NO QUALITY CONTROL AT ALL, NOT EVEN ONCE IN AWHILE CHECK WHAT IS GOING OUT AND THEY HAVE A B IZARRE GUARANTEE, WHAT THEY WILL DO IS ALLOW YOU TO KEEP THE PRODUCT YOU DONT WANT AFTER DEMANDING YOU SEND A PHOTO, YEAH I HAVE TIME FOR ALL THIS AND ITS ZAZZLE'S MISTAKE. AND THEN THEY WILL GIVE YOU CREDIT FOR MORE TRASH FROM THEM.

I agree with you. I have had the same issue.
Their so called logo that 100% customer satisfaction, no matter what is total and complete BS. I sent them pictures of a binder that was filthy!!! A white binder...the dirt or black ick wouldn't come off, and appeared to have been shipped that way!! I even sent pictures of the defects in the binder that was custom ordered, and a kitchen towel that was sewn haphazardly, awful workmanship!
Then I get an email offering me credit??? What happened to the "100% customer satisfaction, or we will refund your money?" The emails do stop if you question anything... I would stay far away from them. It is cheap merchandise, and I mean poor quality.
I sent back pens that were pure junk, a kitchen towel, and a binder... ALL items are cheaply made, and they do not honor their so called 100 customer satisfaction, or your money back.
You get lies and innuendo. Stay away!!!
