Zazzle - Bad Business
It was brought to my attention after speaking with Zazzle customer service rep (after having to dig to find their 1800 number) that they canceled my whole order without proper discussion. This order took me a significant amount of time to build and yet they were so quick to delete the whole thing without a call or conversation.
I have been a loyal zazzle customer but based off of this experience I have no other option but to go back to your competitors.
Thank you for officially ruining my day and putting me in situation where I may not be able to get a time sensitive order complete.
Awful business and will absolutely be communicating my disappointment and frustrations with friends, family and social media so nobody uses Zazzle again.
Take it from me - don't waste your time customizing an order because they will just delete it all!
