It's a horrible experience with zazzle. I ordered on Aug12, it was shipped on Aug 16th, that item was ordered for a friend's birthday. Which was yesterday! I tried to reach the customer service a few times already. It was difficult to reach them on phone because of long waiting line. Emailed them only got a formal reply without any info how to track the package! This company sucks! Read more

First time zazzle and never again. I had ordered bathmats a week and a half ago from zazzle and the estimated delivery date was 8/17-8/19. I checked my order status on the 18th thinking they should have been in by now.. instead it said they were in the process of making them!! It was brought to my attention after speaking with Zazzle customer service rep (after having to dig to find their 1800 number) that they canceled my whole order without proper discussion. This order took me a significant amount of time to build and yet they were so quick to delete the whole thing without a call or conversation. I purchased a discounted packet of 110 invitations through groupon from Zazzle. I then went to their site to order, staying within the boundaries of style, type, ink ect. I only purchased 75 invitations fully knowing i could order up to 110. Zazzle gave me additional charges which made me spend 94.00 as opposed to the 44.75 that should covered up to 110 invitations. Zazzles website claims to ship items within 24 hours... It's been over four days and items still have not shipped. I hope they expedite shipping to make up for this or they will not arrive in the estimated timeframe for our family reunion and will be useless. Haven't been able to get in touch with anyone about this but as a long time zazzle user I'm extremely disappointed. Read more

"We promise 100% satisfaction. If you don't absolutely love it, we'll take it back!" I guess this quote never says anything about getting 100% refund. They randomly gave me about half back with no explanation and they are not answering any of my emails. I returned two out of the three purchased items. Zazzle - No honor No 100% customer satisfaction or money returned! Poor quality! Stay away!

I just got through sending them an email expressing my dissatisfaction in a $180 order. The pens were junk. Paper glued to a cheap pen. A kitchen towel that was sewn haphazardly, it wasn't a rectangle, and the edges were just horrendous. The biggest problem was a custom made white binder with a rose decoration. I ordered some stickers for my wedding favors and what I received was one sheet of 4 labels of some city with a logo. When I called their so call Customer Service (after waiting over 40 minutes) I was able to speak with a live agent. This company refuses to give me a refund even after they stated that they would give 100% refund for this inferior product. However the funny thing is that they would give some people 100% return and let them keep their inferior product. This company has horrible customer serve.
